  1. But at the end of the day, running a business is not about helping people “see the light”. YES! I used to obsess over helping my clients ‘see the light’ but some people just don’t want to. I wasted a ton of energy and gained a ton of frustration trying to do the impossible. Now, if I can tell a client just isn’t going to get it, I do my best within the confines they give me without overly stressing about it. Sometimes they do come around… I’ve been with the same company for six years and several times a client has left us only to come back a year later after realizing maybe our advice is good advice :) I love when that happens haha.

    1. I can definitely relate to this. I think there are so many nuances when it comes to nutrition, and sometimes someone is looking for something that I can’t give them. I think it’s so important to find an RD who is a good fit for you! Often times it is when a client leaves me to do weight watchers. Which I feel like says so much about the differences in what I’m providing vs. what that person was looking for. Def working on my marketing messages better to try to connect with me with my ideal clients :)

  2. Loved this post and need to go back and read the other ones- I’m looking forward to our chat Monday and hearing more :)

Also omg I can’t believe all you accomplished this year with all those big life changes- you look like you really kept it together and continued to work hard and keep a positive attitude!!

    1. Aw, thanks girl. It definitely hasn’t been all rainbows and sunshine behind all the time! Looking forward to chatting on Monday :)
