A few weeks ago I tried Vietnamese food for the first time!
Pho Real is in the University area and is really cool inside. The ceilings are tall and it has the feel of a refinished warehouse. The waiter we had was also really nice. I told him that it was my first time eating Vietnamese and he gave me a few recommendations.
I got the Pho Dac Biet. Its a bowl of steak, meatballs, thin rice noodles, and veggies in beef broth. There were other things included in this bowl that I opted out of… one of them had to do with cow intestines. I wasn’t feeling quite that adventurous that night.
I enjoyed trying this restaurant and would recommend it to anyone looking for good Vietnamese.
