Episode 1 is a brief introduction talking about to expect with the podcast.
As you guys know, I’ve wanted to start a podcast for a long time. I love talking about nutrition and wellness but writing about things in blog posts sometimes feels kind of heavy and formal. I LOVE having conversations about nutrition, so a podcast seemed like a good fit
Earlier this year, I decided to niche down a little bit and work primarily with working women. Most of my clients are women anyway, and a lot of the struggles that I repeatedly heard from them about juggling work life, personal life and trying to make nutrition and wellness a priority were things that I really related to!
Here’s what you need to know about the Grapefruit & Granola Podcast:
1.) Episodes will be published once per week on Tuesdays.
2.) Topics on the Grapefruit & Granola podcast include
- Nutrition
- Exercise
- Women’s Health
- Stress
- Sleep
- Anything else related to wellness!
3.) Some episodes will be interview style with another wellness professional. I have conversations lined up with other dietitians, psychologists, personal trainers and even a chef. I know you’ll love it! Other episodes will be solo recordings with yours truly. Most of these episodes will be Q&A where I answer listener questions!
4.) You can write into the podcast! Ask me a question or request a topic or guest… I’d love to hear from you!
