High insulin levels cause the body to produce extra androgens, which can lead to a lot of the pesky PCOS symptoms:

I know you feel like you're on a hamster wheel of trying to manage your PCOS. 🥗 You’ve been on all the diets. 🏃🏼‍♀️ You’ve done the exercise. 🍞 You’ve avoided carbs at all costs.

And are just feeling completely burnt out 😞 trying to lose weight. You’ve tried telling your doctor 👩🏽‍⚕️ the symptoms you’ve been experiencing...

You feel tired 😴. You're hungry all the time 😋. You try to cut out carbs and diet but you just end up bingeing. But all you're told is to eat less and workout more.

It feels like no matter what you do you’re always going to feel like this… always stuck on the never ending “I need to lose weight” ride. 😢

‼️Weight is an outcome. It's not a behavior. ‼️

Restrictive nutrition recommendations or only focusing on the number on the scale typically doesn't help people.

So instead of focusing on eating as little as possible, avoiding carbs, or only eating between 12 and 8… try this instead:

✅ Pair carbs with protein and fat.
✅ Include fiber with meals and snacks.
✅ Eat breakfast.
✅ Stop skipping meals!

I guarantee you’re going to feel much more balanced and have more energy.
