With the current amount of conflicting information out there about Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS), it’s hard to know where to turn for quality information!
If you feel like your doctor didn’t tell you enough about your PCOS diagnosis – (because let’s be honest… “just lose weight” doesn’t get you very far) then you’re probably wanting to learn more!
While the best podcasts for PCOS are not meant to diagnose or substitute care from your healthcare team, they can give you more general, credible information, and help point you to qualified providers. It’s also helpful that these podcast episodes emphasize a non-diet approach to nutrition, so you can learn how to manage PCOS while also having a healthy relationship with food and your body.
