This is a time to highlight just how common PMOS/PCOS is while also acknowledging how often it’s misunderstood or dismissed. For so many, living with PCOS means navigating fatigue, cravings, irregular cycles, and blood sugar changes on top of not feeling heard in medical spaces. People with PCOS deserve better treatment options, more research, and better care. And you deserve to have a healthy relationship with food, too! Awareness Month is about more than stats. Fiber is one of the most underrated tools for bloo Fiber is one of the most underrated tools for blood sugar balance, and it doesn't require a total diet overhaul. 🌾 Small additions like chia seeds, avocado, and broccoli slow down how quickly sugar hits your bloodstream, which means fewer spikes and crashes. You think you have a willpower problem. Nope, you You think you have a willpower problem. Nope, your blood sugar swings have your body constantly asking for quick fuel, which is why the cravings feel impossible to fight. 🩸 If you’ve been told you’re prediabetic (or your A1c is creeping up 📈), you’ve probably also been told to just “eat less” and “cut carbs.” And when that didn’t fix the cravings, it probably felt like a you problem. It’s not. Constant blood sugar spikes and crashes keep your body on high alert for fast energy, so the cravings aren’t a discipline issue. They’re a chemistry issue. ✨ AND the good news is you don’t have to cut carbs to fix it. You need to know how to balance them. I’m hosting a free masterclass on exactly this: how to lower your blood sugar with PCOS without dieting or cutting carbs. 👇🏼 Head to the link in my bio to save your spot, or comment “masterclass” and I’ll send you the details. #pcos #pmos #prediabetes #intuitiveeating
