Recently one of my clients and I were working through some of her roadblocks around nutrition and PCOS.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Whenever there's a plate of cookies in her house, she continues to grab one until the entire plate is gone. Sometimes she even binges on them. This leaves her feeling out of control and hopeless.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Here are a few things we identified:⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
✨ She wasn't eating enough... because she was terrified of gaining weight.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
✨ She wasn't eating enough carbs... because she was afraid to eat them since her A1c is elevated.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
✨ She was skipping breakfast... because she thought that would make her insulin resistance better.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

She thought dieting would make her PCOS better but it was actually having the opposite effect!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
