Let’s get your PCOS questions answered!
Do you ever wish you could speak with a registered dietitian for a one-time session to answer your PCOS questions or help you work through an isolated PCOS-related nutrition concern?
This is exactly why I created my 90-minute PCOS Nutrition Intensive.
You deserve to have clarity and understanding about how you can take a non-diet approach to manage the symptoms of PCOS like insulin resistance, cravings, low energy, high blood sugars, and irregular periods.
You absolutely can practice intuitive eating and take a HAES-aligned approach to health, and still manage PCOS. Book your intensive today to get started!

In this 90-minute nutrition intensive:
- 90-minute virtual session with Sam
In this session, we will meet over Zoom and focus on the primary question or concern you have about improving your symptoms and long-term help with PCOS.
- Written Summary of Our Session
After our session is over, you’ll receive a short summary of the things we discuss in our session as well as any action items you can take moving forward.
This session is perfect for the person who is interested in meeting with a PCOS professional on a one-time basis to answer specific questions about their PCOS, or just wants support with an isolated topic.

What I can help you with in an intensive:
Get help blending non-diet, weight-inclusive framework with nutrition recommendations for managing PCOS.
Take the first step in overcoming binge eating and having a more peaceful relationship with food.
Let’s discuss how you can lower labs like your A1c, fasting glucose, triglycerides, or fatty liver labs.
Learn how to address missing or irregular cycles, or how to address symptoms like acne, hirsutism, and hair loss.
Can I use my HSA card to pay for the session?
I do accept HSA cards. Please check with your HSA provider to verify that you have nutrition coaching coverage under your HSA benefits.
Can you give me advice about medications like birth control or metformin?
I completely sympathize with this question because many of my clients feel like they are not getting a lot of guidance around medications from their healthcare team. Unfortunately, it is outside of my scope of practice to give medication advice as a registered dietitian. This is not a topic I cover in intensives.
I have weight loss goals. Will your intensive help?
I am a non-diet, weight-inclusive dietitian and I work with clients who want to move away from dieting and focusing on weight. I do not provide weight loss services, and this intensive is not a good fit for someone looking for weight loss counseling. Can I book an intensive even though I know my concerns likely need additional support?
You’re absolutely welcome to book an intensive as a starting point for addressing your nutrition concerns! I also offer a discount into group coaching for anyone who books an intensive, so there is an opportunity for additional support if you decide to pursue that after our intensive.
