Would you like to purchase healthier items at the grocery store but are not sure where to start? We’re here to help.
This 60-minute grocery store tour gives you the opportunity to shop with a registered dietitian nutritionist. We will meet at the grocery store of your choice and shop using your grocery list. We will be there to help you navigate food selections, nutrition labels and ingredient lists while staying within your budget. Special considerations will be made for food allergies, medical conditions and any other special dietary concerns.
Available in the Charlotte, NC area- Mecklenburg or Cabarrus County. Please contact us if you live in a surrounding area and would like to shop together. An additional travel fee may apply.
